컬리, 넥스트키친 잔여 지분 53.6% 주식교환으로 확보해 100% 자회사 편입

Kurly will acquire the remaining 53.6% stake in affiliate Next Kitchen through a small-scale share exchange, raising its holding from 46.4% to 100%. It will issue 334,926 new common shares at an exchange ratio of 1 to 6.6, with the exchange scheduled for December 7. Kurly aims to integrate meal-kit planning, development and distribution and strengthen K-food exports to markets such as the US; Executive Vice President Choi Jae-hoon is to become Next Kitchen's CEO.
