42dot, Hyundai Motor Group's global software center, has hired three global tech leaders at once: Angelo Corsaro, founder of the open-source protocol Zenoh; Jaeyoung Kim, a voice AI researcher formerly of Google DeepMind and Amazon; and Chao Fang, a former NVIDIA autonomous driving engineer. They will handle vehicle-cloud data connectivity, in-car audio-native voice AI, and VLA-based autonomous driving. The move aims to strengthen the group's transition to software-defined vehicles (SDV).
