한·독, 풍력 정책을 현장 사업으로 옮기는 법 논의

KGCCI and the German Embassy in Korea hosted the 5th Korea-Germany Renewable Energy Business Forum in Seoul on September 14, 2026, gathering about 200 government, industry, financial and academic representatives from both countries. The forum focused on turning wind power policy goals into actual projects, discussing offshore wind site planning, industrial clusters and workforce training, and repowering of aging onshore wind facilities with community participation models. Germany's experience in offshore wind deployment and onshore wind repowering was highlighted as a reference for Korea.

KGCCI（驻韩德国商会）与德国驻韩大使馆于2026年9月14日在首尔举办第五届韩德可再生能源商业论坛，约200名两国政府、产业界、金融界及学术界人士参加。论坛聚焦如何将风电政策目标转化为实际项目，讨论了海上风电选址规划、产业集群与专业人才培养，以及老旧陆上风电设备的更新改造与社区参与模式。德国在海上风电推广及陆上风电更新方面的经验被视为韩国可参考的案例。

KGCCI（駐韓ドイツ商工会議所）と駐韓ドイツ大使館は2026年9月14日、ソウルで第5回韓独再生可能エネルギービジネスフォーラムを開催し、両国の政府・産業界・金融界・学界から約200人が参加した。フォーラムでは風力発電の政策目標を実際のプロジェクトに転換する方法として、洋上風力の立地計画、産業クラスターと専門人材育成、老朽化した陸上風力設備のリパワリングと地域社会参加型モデルが議論された。ドイツの洋上風力普及と陸上風力更新の経験が、韓国にとって参考事例として紹介された。

KGCCI et l'ambassade d'Allemagne en Corée ont organisé le 5e Forum d'affaires coréano-allemand sur les énergies renouvelables à Séoul le 14 septembre 2026, réunissant environ 200 représentants des gouvernements, de l'industrie, de la finance et du monde académique des deux pays. Le forum s'est concentré sur la transformation des objectifs politiques en matière d'énergie éolienne en projets concrets, abordant la planification des sites éoliens offshore, les clusters industriels et la formation de la main-d'œuvre, ainsi que le repowering des installations éoliennes terrestres vieillissantes avec des modèles de participation communautaire. L'expérience allemande en matière de déploiement éolien offshore et de renouvellement éolien terrestre a été présentée comme une référence pour la Corée.
