KOSA·독일 AI협회, 한·독 AI 산업 협력 MOU 체결

The Korea Artificial Intelligence and Software Industry Association (KOSA) signed an MOU with Germany's KI Bundesverband on Oct. 30 at APK 2026 in Seoul, attended by German Chancellor Friedrich Merz. The two bodies plan to find joint projects in industrial, frontier and physical AI, expand corporate, technology and talent exchanges, and cooperate on policy, standardization and responses to EU rules such as the AI Act. A steering committee will flesh out follow-up tasks, with the aim of helping Korean AI firms reach Germany's manufacturing market and Europe.

10月30日，韩国人工智能·软件产业协会（KOSA）在首尔举行的APK 2026上，与德国人工智能协会（KI Bundesverband）签署了合作备忘录（MOU），德国总理弗里德里希·默茨出席。双方计划在产业AI、前沿AI和物理AI领域发掘联合项目，扩大企业、技术和人才交流，并在政策、标准化以及应对欧盟《人工智能法》等监管方面开展合作。双方将设立运营委员会细化后续任务，助力韩国AI企业进入德国制造业市场并拓展欧洲。

韓国人工知能・ソフトウェア産業協会（KOSA）は10月30日、ソウルで開かれたAPK 2026で、ドイツAI協会（KI Bundesverband）と業務協約（MOU）を締結した。式典にはドイツのフリードリヒ・メルツ首相が出席した。両機関は産業AI、フロンティアAI、フィジカルAI分野の共同プロジェクト発掘、企業・技術・人材交流の拡大、政策・標準化やEU AI法などの規制対応で協力する。運営委員会を設けて後続課題を具体化し、韓国AI企業のドイツ製造業市場・欧州進出を支援する方針だ。

L'Association coréenne de l'intelligence artificielle et des logiciels (KOSA) a signé le 30 octobre un protocole d'accord avec la KI Bundesverband allemande lors de l'APK 2026 à Séoul, en présence du chancelier allemand Friedrich Merz. Les deux organisations prévoient d'identifier des projets communs en IA industrielle, IA de frontière et IA physique, d'élargir les échanges d'entreprises, de technologies et de talents, et de coopérer sur la politique, la normalisation et la réponse aux règles européennes comme l'AI Act. Un comité de pilotage précisera les suites, afin d'aider les entreprises d'IA coréennes à accéder au marché manufacturier allemand et à l'Europe.
