하스, 강릉 워크숍서 직경 260mm급 극저열팽창 광학유리 공개…EUV 검사장비용 소재 국산화 추진

HASS, a glass-ceramic materials company listed on KOSDAQ, held a workshop on Sept. 29 at the Lakai Sandpine Resort in Gangneung for a national project on optical materials for EUV inspection equipment, and unveiled a large ultra-low-thermal-expansion optical glass measuring 260 mm in diameter and 150 mm thick. The company says the LAS-based glass-ceramic reaches a thermal expansion coefficient of 0.02 to 0.1×10⁻⁶/K. It remains at the stage of confirming manufacturability, and application in real EUV equipment still requires mirror processing, coating and component-level verification. The project runs from July 2024 to December 2028.

ガラスセラミック素材企業のHASS（韓国コスダック上場）は9月29日、江陵で極端紫外線検査装置光学系用光学素材部品開発課題の総括ワークショップを開き、直径260mm、厚さ150mm級の大型極低熱膨張光学ガラスを公開した。同社によると、LAS系結晶化ガラスの熱膨張係数は0.02〜0.1×10⁻⁶/Kを確保した。大型素材の製造可能性を確認した段階で、実際のEUV検査装置への適用には反射鏡加工やコーティングなど後工程との連携と光学部品レベルの検証が必要だ。課題の期間は2024年7月から2028年12月までである。

HASS, entreprise de matériaux vitrocéramiques cotée au KOSDAQ, a tenu le 29 septembre à Gangneung un atelier de synthèse du projet national sur les matériaux optiques pour équipements d'inspection EUV, et a présenté un verre optique à très faible dilatation thermique de grande taille (260 mm de diamètre, 150 mm d'épaisseur). Selon la société, ce vitrocéramique de type LAS atteint un coefficient de dilatation thermique de 0,02 à 0,1×10⁻⁶/K. Il ne s'agit encore que de la vérification de la faisabilité de fabrication ; l'application aux équipements EUV exigera l'usinage et le revêtement des miroirs ainsi qu'une validation au niveau des composants. Le projet court de juillet 2024 à décembre 2028.
