컨트롤엠, 외식업 특화 자율운영 AI 에이전트로 중기부 스케일업 팁스 선정

Ctrl-M, an AI food-tech company led by CEO Won Jong-kwan, was selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' 2026 Scale-up TIPS (general type). It will develop a restaurant-specific autonomous AI agent by adding judgment and execution functions, built on an ontology and a Large Action Model (LAM), to its RestoGenie platform. Execution will first require owner approval, with limited autonomy only for tasks meeting verification criteria, and universities including Inha and Kangwon will take part.

AIフードテック企業Ctrl-M（代表ウォン・ジョングァン）が、中小ベンチャー企業部の「2026年スケールアップTIPS（一般型）」に選定された。同社は外食業特化のオントロジーと大規模行動モデル（LAM）を基に、RestoGenieプラットフォームへ判断・実行機能を加え、外食業特化の自律運営AIエージェントを開発する。当初は店主の承認後に実行し、検証基準を満たした業務に限って限定的に自律実行を導入する。仁荷大学や江原大学なども参加する。

Elle développera un agent IA autonome dédié à la restauration, en ajoutant des fonctions de décision et d'exécution à sa plateforme RestoGenie, grâce à une ontologie spécialisée et à un Large Action Model (LAM). L'exécution exigera d'abord l'accord du propriétaire, avec une autonomie limitée aux tâches validées, et des universités comme Inha et Kangwon participeront.
