딥엑스 NPU, 라즈베리 파이 공식 뉴스룸에 소개…25TOPS 보드 판매 중

Korean AI chip company DEEPX had its NPU technology and use cases featured on the official Raspberry Pi newsroom. The DX-M1M NPU delivers up to 25TOPS at about 3W for the NPU alone (excluding the Raspberry Pi board and peripherals), and runs CNNs as well as small vision-language and small language models in the Sixfab AI HAT+ for Raspberry Pi 5. DEEPX launched the board with Sixfab in June, sells the 25TOPS version, and plans a 13TOPS version later this year.

韩国AI芯片企业DEEPX的NPU技术及应用案例被收录于Raspberry Pi官方新闻中心。DX-M1M NPU最高提供25TOPS算力，NPU自身功耗约3W（不含Raspberry Pi主机和外设），可在面向Raspberry Pi 5的Sixfab AI HAT+上运行CNN以及小型视觉语言模型和小型语言模型。DEEPX于6月与Sixfab共同推出该板卡，目前销售25TOPS产品，13TOPS版本计划于今年年底推出。

韓国のAI半導体企業DEEPXのNPU技術と活用事例が、Raspberry Piの公式ニュースルームで紹介された。DX-M1M NPUは最大25TOPSの演算性能を持ち、NPU単体の消費電力は約3W（Raspberry Pi本体と周辺機器を除く）で、Raspberry Pi 5向けのSixfab AI HAT+でCNNに加え小型の視覚言語モデルや小型言語モデルも動作させられる。DEEPXは6月にSixfabと共同でこのボードを発売し、25TOPS製品を販売中で、13TOPS版は年内に発売する予定だ。

L'entreprise coréenne de puces d'IA DEEPX a vu sa technologie NPU et ses cas d'usage présentés sur la salle de presse officielle de Raspberry Pi. Le NPU DX-M1M offre jusqu'à 25TOPS pour environ 3W pour le NPU seul (hors carte Raspberry Pi et périphériques) et exécute des CNN ainsi que de petits modèles vision-langage et de langage sur la Sixfab AI HAT+ pour Raspberry Pi 5. DEEPX a lancé la carte avec Sixfab en juin, vend la version 25TOPS et prévoit une version 13TOPS d'ici la fin de l'année.
