MOTIF Drive, a developer of AI-based autonomous driving software led by CEO Seok-hwan Jo, raised a total of 6.5 billion won from investors including impact investor MYSC, TONY Investment, K Run Ventures and BSK Investment. The company combines end-to-end (E2E) autonomous driving with a vision-language-action model (VLAM) to handle exceptional road situations. It plans a real-vehicle demonstration for global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in January 2027 and aims to commercialize through a B2B licensing model, using its US subsidiary as a base.
