청연, 청소연구소·청연케어 플랫폼 ISMS 인증 획득…ISMS-P 단계적 추진

Cheongyeon, which operates the Cleaning Lab (Cheongsoyeonguso) and Cheongyeon Care platforms, has obtained ISMS certification from the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), which evaluates against 80 detailed items. The company strengthened access control, encryption and incident response as it expands AI services such as AI check-in calls and AI matching. It plans to pursue ISMS-P certification step by step and to set security standards for AI data collection, training and use.

运营清扫研究所（Cheongsoyeonguso）和Cheongyeon Care的Cheongyeon公司，已获得韩国互联网振兴院（KISA）主管的ISMS信息保护管理体系认证，该认证依据80个细项进行评估。随着AI问安电话和AI匹配等AI服务的扩大，公司加强了访问控制、加密和事故应对机制。公司计划分阶段推进ISMS-P认证，并为AI的个人信息收集、学习和使用环节制定安全标准。

清掃研究所（Cheongsoyeonguso）とCheongyeon Careを運営するCheongyeon社は、韓国インターネット振興院（KISA）が主管する情報保護管理体制（ISMS）認証を取得した。認証は80の詳細項目を基準に評価される。AI安否確認コールやAIマッチングなどAIサービスの拡大に合わせ、アクセス制御、暗号化、事故対応の体制を強化した。今後はISMS-P認証を段階的に進め、AIの個人情報の収集・学習・活用段階に適用するセキュリティ基準も整える予定だ。

Face à l'expansion de services d'IA comme les appels de prise de nouvelles par IA et la mise en relation par IA, l'entreprise a renforcé le contrôle d'accès, le chiffrement et la réponse aux incidents. Elle prévoit d'obtenir progressivement la certification ISMS-P et de définir des normes de sécurité pour la collecte, l'apprentissage et l'utilisation des données personnelles par l'IA.
