에이치에너지·피크에너지코리아, 전국 유휴지붕 태양광 공동개발 협약

H Energy (Korean name: Ehienergy) and PEAK ENERGY Korea CO.,LTD. signed an MOU for a joint development project of small rooftop solar plants to support corporate RE100 compliance. H Energy will secure idle rooftops nationwide and handle leasing, permits, construction, inspection and O&M, while Peak Energy, wholly owned by Stonepeak, will fund the projects and own the plants through SPCs. H Energy will use its AI agent Helios and standardized platforms to turn scattered rooftops into investable assets for global capital.

H Energy（韩文名Ehienergy）与PEAK ENERGY Korea CO.,LTD.签署了面向企业RE100履约的小型屋顶光伏联合开发业务协议。H Energy负责在全国寻找闲置屋顶，并承担租赁、审批、建设、验收及运维；由Stonepeak持有100%股权的Peak Energy出资并通过特殊目的公司（SPC）持有电站。H Energy借助AI智能体Helios和标准化平台，把分散的屋顶转变为可供全球资本投资的发电资产。

H Energy sécurise les toitures inutilisées dans tout le pays et gère location, autorisations, construction, réception et exploitation-maintenance, tandis que Peak Energy, détenue à 100 % par Stonepeak, finance les projets et possède les centrales via des SPV. H Energy s'appuie sur son agent IA Helios et des plateformes standardisées pour transformer ces toitures dispersées en actifs investissables par les capitaux mondiaux.
