Global HR and payroll platform Deel has launched a 'Career Resource Center' in partnership with University of the People, a US-accredited nonprofit online university serving over 270,000 students worldwide. The center integrates AI-powered interview coaching, resume support, virtual work experience, and job-fit assessments, using Accenture's 'Learning to Earning' training platform for skill certification. Deel will invest a total of $500,000 over the next four years to help students access global employment and remote work opportunities regardless of their location.
