행복한경영대학 20기 입학식…중소·중견기업 CEO 83명 입학

A nonprofit organization, Haengbokhan Seonggong, held the entrance ceremony for the 20th cohort of the Happy Management University in Seoul, welcoming 83 CEOs of small and medium-sized enterprises. Sponsored by Hunet, the free three-month program promotes 'happy management,' a philosophy that values the well-being of employees, customers, and society alongside corporate profit. Since its launch in 2016, the program has graduated CEOs from about 1,200 companies, with Hunet contributing roughly 2 billion won over the past decade.

非营利组织幸福成功社团法人在首尔举行了幸福经营大学第20期开学典礼，共有83名中小企业CEO入学。该项目由Hunet赞助，为期三个月，全部免费，旨在推广“幸福经营”理念，即企业不仅追求利润，还要兼顾员工、客户和社会的幸福。自2016年创办以来，该项目已培养约1200家企业的CEO，Hunet在过去十年中共赞助约20亿韩元。

非営利法人ヘンボカンソングンは、ソウルで幸福経営大学第20期の入学式を開催し、中小・中堅企業のCEO83人が入学した。Hunetが後援するこの無料の3カ月間のプログラムは、企業利益だけでなく従業員・顧客・社会の幸福を共に高める「幸福経営」の理念を広めることを目的としている。2016年の開始以来、約1200社のCEOが修了しており、Hunetはこの10年間で約20億ウォンを支援してきた。

L'organisation à but non lucratif Haengbokhan Seonggong a organisé la cérémonie d'admission de la 20e promotion de la Happy Management University à Séoul, accueillant 83 PDG de petites et moyennes entreprises. Parrainé par Hunet, ce programme gratuit de trois mois promeut la philosophie de la « gestion heureuse », qui vise à accroître le bien-être des employés, des clients et de la société, et pas seulement les profits de l'entreprise. Depuis son lancement en 2016, le programme a formé des PDG d'environ 1200 entreprises, Hunet ayant investi environ 2 milliards de wons au cours de la dernière décennie.
