메가존클라우드-핑거, 300억원 상호투자로 금융 AX 사업 맞손

Megazone Cloud and Finger have signed a strategic partnership to jointly pursue AI transformation (AX) projects in the financial sector, agreeing to a mutual investment of 30 billion won. The two companies will combine Megazone Cloud's cloud and AI expertise with Finger's financial IT and regulatory experience to develop AI solutions, modernize applications, and build a subscription-based cloud-plus-application operation model. They also plan to expand cooperation to overseas markets, supporting non-face-to-face financial channels for Korean financial institutions' overseas branches and pursuing joint projects with local financial institutions.

Megazone Cloud与Finger签署战略合作协议，共同推进金融行业的人工智能转型（AX）项目，并达成300亿韩元的相互投资协议。两家公司将结合Megazone Cloud的云计算和人工智能能力与Finger的金融IT及监管应对经验，共同开发人工智能解决方案、进行应用现代化改造，并构建云与应用一体化的订阅服务模式。此外，双方还计划将合作拓展至海外市场，支持韩国金融机构海外分支机构的非面对面金融渠道建设，并与当地金融机构共同开发业务。

Megazone Cloud（メガゾンクラウド）とFinger（フィンガー）は、金融分野のAIトランスフォーメーション（AX）事業を共同で推進する戦略的パートナーシップを締結し、300億ウォン規模の相互投資に合意した。両社はMegazone Cloudのクラウド・AI技術力とFingerの金融IT・規制対応経験を組み合わせ、AIソリューションの共同開発、アプリケーションの現代化、クラウドとアプリケーションを統合したサブスクリプション型サービスモデルの構築を目指す。さらに海外市場への展開も計画しており、韓国金融機関の海外拠点向け非対面金融チャネルの構築支援や、現地金融機関との共同事業の発掘を進める。

Megazone Cloud et Finger ont signé un partenariat stratégique pour mener conjointement des projets de transformation par l'IA (AX) dans le secteur financier, avec un accord d'investissement mutuel de 30 milliards de wons. Les deux entreprises combineront l'expertise de Megazone Cloud en cloud et IA avec l'expérience de Finger en informatique financière et conformité réglementaire pour développer des solutions d'IA, moderniser des applications et créer un modèle de service par abonnement intégrant cloud et applications. Elles prévoient également d'étendre leur coopération aux marchés étrangers, en soutenant la mise en place de canaux financiers à distance pour les filiales étrangères des institutions financières coréennes et en développant des projets conjoints avec des institutions financières locales.
