AC 지분 50% 이상 벤처스튜디오 기업도 창업기업 인정…초기투자액셀러레이터협회 환영

The Korea Initial Investment Accelerator Association (chair Jeon Hwa-seong) welcomed the government's startup deregulation plan announced on the 23rd at the second plenary meeting of the presidential Regulatory Rationalization Committee. Under the plan, venture studio firms co-founded by accelerators (ACs) will be recognized as startups even if the AC holds 50% or more of the shares, allowing them to join government startup support programs. The association said follow-up rules still need to be specified and will keep urging reforms such as limits on credit to affiliates and the obligation to sell controlling stakes within seven years.

初期投资加速器协会（会长全和成）对政府在23日总统主持的规制合理化委员会第二次全体会议上公布的创业企业规制合理化方案表示欢迎。根据该方案，即使加速器（AC）作为共同创始人持有50%以上股份，风险工作室企业也将被认定为创业企业，可参与政府创业扶持项目。协会表示，具体标准仍需通过后续制度完善来落实，并将继续建议改善对关联公司的信用供给限制及7年内全部出售经营控制股权的义务等问题。

初期投資アクセラレーター協会（会長チョン・ファソン）は、23日に大統領主宰の規制合理化委員会第2回全体会議で発表された創業企業の規制合理化方策を歓迎する立場を示した。この方策では、アクセラレーター（AC）が共同創業者として株式の50%以上を保有していても、ベンチャースタジオ企業を創業企業と認め、政府の創業支援事業に参加できるようにする。協会は、具体的な基準は後続の制度整備で明確化される必要があるとし、関連会社への信用供与制限や7年以内の経営支配持分の全量売却義務などの改善を引き続き求める方針だ。

L'association des accélérateurs d'investissement initial (présidente : Jeon Hwa-seong) a salué le plan de déréglementation en faveur des start-up annoncé le 23 lors de la deuxième séance plénière du Comité de rationalisation de la réglementation présidé par le chef de l'État. Selon ce plan, les entreprises de type venture studio cofondées par un accélérateur (AC) seront reconnues comme start-up même si l'AC détient 50 % ou plus du capital, et pourront accéder aux programmes publics d'aide à la création. L'association précise que les critères détaillés restent à définir par des mesures ultérieures et continuera de demander des réformes, notamment sur la limite du crédit aux sociétés affiliées et l'obligation de céder toute la participation de contrôle sous sept ans.
