젠엑시스·서울창조경제혁신센터, 세컨더리 투자 활성화 업무협약 체결

Global accelerator Genaxis and Seoul Center for Creative Economy & Innovation signed an MOU to promote secondary investment in startups. Genaxis plans to take part in Private IR sessions of the center's public secondary platform 'S.Lounge' to review existing shareholders' demand to sell shares and new investment opportunities. Specific participation methods and the scope of cooperation will be discussed separately.

全球加速器Genaxis与首尔创造经济革新中心签署了促进初创企业二级投资的谅解备忘录。Genaxis计划参加该中心公共二级平台“S.Lounge”的Private IR，审视现有股东的股权出售需求和新的投资机会。具体参与方式和合作范围将另行协商。

グローバル・アクセラレーターのGenaxisとソウル創造経済革新センターは、スタートアップのセカンダリー投資活性化に向けた業務協約を締結した。Genaxisは同センターの公共セカンダリー・プラットフォーム「S.Lounge」のPrivate IRに参加し、既存株主の持分売却ニーズと新たな投資機会を検討する予定だ。具体的な参加方法と協力範囲は別途協議する。

L'accélérateur mondial Genaxis et le Centre d'innovation de l'économie créative de Séoul ont signé un protocole d'accord pour promouvoir l'investissement secondaire dans les startups. Genaxis prévoit de participer au Private IR de la plateforme publique de marché secondaire « S.Lounge » du centre afin d'examiner la demande de cession de parts des actionnaires existants et les nouvelles opportunités d'investissement. Les modalités de participation et le périmètre de la coopération seront discutés séparément.
