HyperAccel, an AI chip fabless startup, announced that its CEO Kim Ju-young was named to MIT Technology Review Korea's 'THE AI 30', a list of 30 people changing the future of Korean AI. HyperAccel develops the LPU, a chip optimized for LLM inference built on LPDDR5X memory, with products Bertha for data centers and Bertha-Edge for on-device AI. The company is raising a Series B and says its cumulative funding is 210 billion won.
