학생주거 스타트업 피씨피스탠다드, 인베스코와 3000실 PBSA 개발 손잡는다

PCP Standard, a student housing startup, has signed a partnership with global asset manager Invesco to develop about 3,000 units of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA). The two aim to supply housing near major universities over the next three years, combining PCP Standard's development and operating know-how with Invesco's institutional capital. Its first loof. branch near Korea University drew over 700 people on the waitlist, more than 10 times its capacity, and a follow-up project of about 500 units is under way.
