The Korea Startup Accelerators And Early stage Investors Association (KAIA) (KAIA, chair Jeon Hwa-seong) will hold its 3rd Early-Stage Investment Policy Seminar on November 10 at the Innovation Hall of Seoul Startup Hub M+ in Magok, Seoul. Themed 'New Capital Management Approaches for Early-Stage Startup Investment in the Hyperlocal Era', it will explore investment models suited to regional companies, including project investment and revenue-based financing (RBF), beyond traditional equity investment. KAIA says VC investment in non-capital-region companies reached KRW 1.2852 trillion in 2025, yet funds keep flowing to the capital region. The seminar takes 50 attendees on a first-come basis, with applications open until November 6.

初期投资加速器协会（KAIA，会长Jeon Hwa-seong）将于11月10日在首尔麻谷的Seoul Startup Hub M+创新厅举办第3届初期投资政策研讨会，主题为“超本地化时代，初创企业投资的新型资本运作方式”。研讨会将探讨除传统股权投资之外，适合地方企业的项目投资和收入关联投资（RBF）等替代性资本供给方式。据KAIA称，2025年非首都圈企业的风险投资金额达1.2852万亿韩元，但投资资金仍大量流向首都圈。研讨会按先到先得方式招募50人，报名截至11月6日。

初期投資アクセラレーター協会（KAIA、会長Jeon Hwa-seong）は、11月10日にソウル・マゴクのSeoul Startup Hub M+イノベーションホールで、第3回初期投資政策セミナーを開催する。テーマは「ハイパーローカル時代、初期創業投資の新たな資本運用方式」で、従来の持分投資に加え、地域企業に合ったプロジェクト投資や売上連動型投資（RBF）などの代替的な資本供給方式を議論する。KAIAによると、2025年の非首都圏企業へのVC投資額は1兆2852億ウォンに達したが、資金の首都圏流出が続いている。参加は先着50名で、申込みは11月6日までである。

L'association KAIA (présidente Jeon Hwa-seong) organisera le 10 novembre son 3e séminaire de politique d'investissement initial, dans la salle Innovation du Seoul Startup Hub M+ à Magok (Séoul). Sur le thème « Nouvelles méthodes de gestion du capital pour l'investissement en amorçage à l'ère de l'hyperlocal », il étudiera, au-delà de l'investissement en capital traditionnel, des modèles adaptés aux entreprises régionales, comme l'investissement par projet et le financement indexé sur le chiffre d'affaires (RBF). Selon la KAIA, les investissements de capital-risque dans les entreprises hors région capitale ont atteint 1 285,2 milliards de wons en 2025, mais les fonds continuent de migrer vers la capitale. Le séminaire accueille 50 participants par ordre d'arrivée, inscriptions jusqu'au 6 novembre.
