플리토 AI 통번역 ‘보글’, 교보문고 매장서 외국인 응대 실증

Flitto has supplied its AI interpretation and translation solution Vogl to three Kyobo Book Centre stores (Gwanghwamun, Gangnam and Dongdaemun) and ran a proof of concept for serving foreign customers. Gwanghwamun and Gangnam use a mini display called Vogl Zone, while Dongdaemun uses a tablet app; book categories and author names such as Han Kang and Bernard Werber were pre-trained, though no specific accuracy figures were disclosed. Flitto calls it the first case of its stationary offline AI translation solution in book and culture retail, and plans to pursue formal adoption at Kyobo stores and expand to warehouse stores, fashion and lifestyle stores, hotels and medical tourism.
