킵코퍼레이션, 팁스 R&D 일반트랙 선정…이뿌다 개선·Sophie AI 개발 집중

Kiip Corp. (CEO Park Gun-soo), which operates the global medical tourism platform iipuda, has been selected for the 2026 TIPS R&D general track run by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, through investment and recommendation by TIPS operator CCEI Busan. It plans to improve iipuda and focus on developing Sophie AI, an AI medical tourism concierge that automates the journey from hospital search to aftercare for foreign patients. As of October 2026, iipuda has about 10,000 monthly users and 35 partner hospitals in Korea; the R&D funding amount allotted to the company was not disclosed.
