그렙 프로그래머스 AI 역량평가, 출시 반년 만에 우리카드·국민대 등 16곳 도입

Grepp, an AI-based online testing company, launched 'Programmers AI Competency Assessment' in March, and 16 companies and institutions, including Woori Card and Kookmin University, adopted it within six months. The company expects cumulative test-takers to exceed 40,000 by year-end. A major commercial bank will replace its PT (presentation) interview with the assessment in its second-half hiring of new employees, while the tool also evaluates prompts and verification steps, with AI doing first-pass scoring and humans making final judgments.

L'entreprise prévoit plus de 40 000 candidats cumulés d'ici la fin de l'année. Une grande banque commerciale coréenne remplacera son entretien de présentation (PT) par cette évaluation lors du recrutement du second semestre ; l'outil analyse aussi les prompts et la vérification, l'IA notant en première passe et un humain décidant au final.
