8월 전국 공장·창고 거래규모 1조4395억원, 연중 최고…거래건수는 250건으로 감소

Korea's factory and warehouse transaction volume jumped 66.7% from 863.7 billion won in July, the year's low, to 1.4395 trillion won in August, the year's high, according to analysis by RSQUARE's RA of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport data. A 343 billion won logistics center deal in Pyeongtaek, bought by Samsung SRA Asset Management from ESR Kendall Square, and higher sub-100 billion won deals drove the rise. However, the number of deals fell to 250, down 10.1% month on month and 24.5% year on year, so it is too early to call a broad market recovery.

据RSQUARE旗下RA对韩国国土交通部实际成交价数据的分析，韩国全国工厂·仓库交易额从7月全年最低的8637亿韩元，增至8月全年最高的1.4395万亿韩元，环比增长66.7%。平泽一宗3430亿韩元的大型物流中心交易（三星SRA资产运用从ESR Kendall Square手中收购）以及1000亿韩元以下交易额的增加推动了增长。但交易笔数为250笔，环比下降10.1%、同比下降24.5%，因此判断市场整体复苏仍为时过早。

RSQUARE傘下のRAが韓国国土交通部の実取引価格データを分析したところ、全国の工場・倉庫の取引額は、年間最低だった7月の8637億ウォンから、8月には年間最高の1兆4395億ウォンへと66.7%増加した。平沢の3430億ウォン規模の大型物流センター取引（サムスンSRA資産運用がESR Kendall Squareから取得）と、1000億ウォン未満の取引額の増加が押し上げた。ただし取引件数は250件で、前月比10.1%、前年同月比24.5%減少しており、市場全体の回復を判断するのは時期尚早である。

Selon l'analyse de RA, la branche analytique de RSQUARE, à partir des données de prix réels du ministère coréen des Terres, des Infrastructures et des Transports, le volume des transactions d'usines et d'entrepôts est passé de 863,7 milliards de wons en juillet, plus bas de l'année, à 1 439,5 milliards en août, plus haut de l'année, soit +66,7 %. Une transaction de 343 milliards de wons portant sur un centre logistique à Pyeongtaek, acquis par Samsung SRA Asset Management auprès d'ESR Kendall Square, et la hausse des transactions inférieures à 100 milliards de wons ont tiré ce rebond. Le nombre de transactions a toutefois reculé à 250 (-10,1 % sur un mois, -24,5 % sur un an), et il est trop tôt pour parler d'une reprise générale du marché.
