이노비즈협회, 10월 28일 서울서 AX 시대 고객 경험 주제 모닝포럼 연다

The Korea INNOBIZ will hold its 98th Innobiz Morning Forum at 7 a.m. on October 28 at L-House Hall, L Tower in Seoul, under the theme 'Customer Experience Innovation Strategy in the AX Era.' Professor Lee Seung-yoon of Konkuk University will explain how generative AI is changing consumers, markets and customer touchpoints, and how SMEs and Innobiz companies can apply AI to marketing and customer experience. The forum targets about 100 CEOs and employees; registration is on the association's website and free for members.

创新企业协会（Innobiz协会）将于10月28日上午7点在首尔L Tower的L House Hall举办“第98届Innobiz晨间论坛”，主题为“AX时代的客户体验创新战略”。建国大学教授李承润将讲解生成式AI如何改变消费者、市场与客户接触点，以及中小企业和Innobiz企业如何将AI应用于营销和客户体验。论坛面向约100名企业CEO及员工，可通过协会官网报名，会员企业免费参加。

イノビズ協会（Innobiz協会）は10月28日午前7時、ソウルのLタワーLハウスホールで「第98回イノビズ・モーニングフォーラム」を開催する。テーマは「AX時代の顧客体験革新戦略」で、建国大学の李承潤教授が、生成AIが消費者・市場・顧客接点をどう変えるか、中小・イノビズ企業がAIをマーケティングと顧客体験にどう活用できるかを解説する。対象は企業のCEOや社員約100人で、申込みは協会の公式サイトから、会員企業は無料。

L'Association Innobiz tiendra le 98e Forum matinal Innobiz le 28 octobre à 7 h au L House Hall de la L Tower à Séoul, sur le thème « Stratégie d'innovation de l'expérience client à l'ère de l'AX ». Le professeur Lee Seung-yoon de l'Université Konkuk expliquera comment l'IA générative transforme les consommateurs, le marché et les points de contact clients, et comment les PME et entreprises Innobiz peuvent l'appliquer au marketing et à l'expérience client.
