기술보증기금·서울대기술지주, 딥테크 스타트업 발굴·보증·투자 연계 협약

Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KIBO) (Kibo) and Seoul National University Tech Holdings signed an MOU on October 6 at Hoam Faculty House in Seoul. Under the deal, the holding company will identify and recommend high-potential university-based deep tech startups, and Kibo will link guarantees, investment and fee reductions, along with non-financial support such as technology escrow, consulting and IPO assistance. The two will also pursue joint and follow-on investments in recommended companies.

韩国技术保证基金（Kibo）与首尔大学技术控股公司于10月6日在首尔冠岳区的首尔大学Hoam教授会馆签署业务合作协议。根据协议，首尔大学技术控股公司将发掘并推荐高成长潜力的高校深科技初创企业，Kibo则提供担保、投资对接和担保费减免，并连接技术保护与托管、咨询及IPO支持等非金融项目。双方还将对互相推荐的企业推进联合投资和后续投资。

韓国技術保証基金（Kibo）とソウル大学技術持株会社は10月6日、ソウル冠岳区のソウル大学ホアム教授会館で業務協約を締結した。協約により、同持株会社が成長性の高い大学発ディープテック企業を発掘・推薦し、Kiboが保証や投資の連携、保証料の減免を提供するほか、技術保護・寄託、コンサルティング、IPO支援などの非金融プログラムも結び付ける。両機関は相互に推薦した企業への共同投資・後続投資も進める。

Le Korea Technology Finance Corporation (KIBO) (Kibo) et Seoul National University Tech Holdings ont signé le 6 octobre un protocole d'accord à la Hoam Faculty House de l'université nationale de Séoul. La holding repérera et recommandera des startups deep tech universitaires à fort potentiel, et Kibo proposera garanties, mise en relation avec des investisseurs et réductions de frais de garantie, ainsi que des programmes non financiers (protection et dépôt de technologie, conseil, accompagnement à l'IPO). Les deux organismes prévoient aussi des investissements conjoints et de suivi dans les entreprises recommandées.
