트러스테이·야놀자넥스트, 공동주택 24시간 AI 안내서비스 공동 개발

Trustay and Yanolja Next have jointly developed 'nocki AI 24-hour guidance service,' which will be applied to Trustay's integrated housing management solution 'nocktown.' The service combines Trustay's proprietary AI 'nocki AI,' specialized in apartment complex management, with Yanolja Next's real-time communication solution 'Tella,' enabling residents to submit inquiries about visitor vehicles and management fees around the clock, while easing the workload of management staff. Trustay plans to expand this into a smart city infrastructure by linking it with other services like 'nock place' and 'nocki Vision'.
