씰리침대, 여주에 아태 최대 생산기지 준공

Sealy Bedding has completed and started operating a new manufacturing plant in Yeoju, Gyeonggi Province, positioning it as its largest production base in Asia. The new facility doubles production floor space and capacity compared to the old plant, while maintaining Sealy's global quality standards through the GSM manual and skilled-worker-driven made-to-order production. The company plans to use the Yeoju plant to serve both domestic demand and expand exports to markets including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, developing Korea as its Asia-Pacific production hub.

Sealy寝具在京畿道骊州新建的生产工厂已竣工投产,成为其在亚洲规模最大的生产基地。新工厂的生产面积和产能均比原工厂扩大约一倍,同时依据GSM全球手册标准,以熟练工人为主进行定制化、多品种小批量生产,保持全球品质管理体系。公司计划以骊州工厂同时满足国内需求并扩大对中国、台湾、香港、新加坡等亚洲主要市场的出口,将韩国打造为亚太生产基地。

Sealy寝具は京畿道驪州(ヨジュ)に新設した生産工場を竣工し稼働を開始した。これによりアジア地域最大規模の生産拠点として位置づけられる。新工場は既存工場に比べ生産面積・生産能力ともに約2倍に拡大し、GSMというグローバル基準マニュアルに基づき熟練人材による受注生産・多品種少量生産方式を維持している。同社は驪州工場を国内需要対応とアジア輸出拡大の両方を担う生産拠点として運営し、中国・台湾・香港・シンガポールなどアジア主要市場への輸出を拡大し、韓国をアジア太平洋の生産拠点として育成する計画だ。

Sealy Bedding a inauguré et mis en service une nouvelle usine de production à Yeoju, dans la province de Gyeonggi, en faisant sa plus grande base de production en Asie. La nouvelle usine double la surface de production et la capacité par rapport à l'ancienne, tout en maintenant les normes de qualité mondiales de Sealy grâce au manuel GSM et à une production sur mesure reposant sur une main-d'œuvre qualifiée. L'entreprise prévoit d'utiliser l'usine de Yeoju pour répondre à la demande intérieure tout en développant ses exportations vers la Chine, Taïwan, Hong Kong et Singapour, faisant de la Corée sa plaque tournante de production pour l'Asie-Pacifique.
