DoHands, operator of the fulfillment service Poomgo, announced that its new automation center XFC in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, achieved full storage capacity and completed onboarding within three months of opening in May. The center combines a self-developed WMS and WCS with 11 years of accumulated operational intelligence, boosting per-person hourly packing productivity by about 90% compared to manual work. DoHands is also running a proof-of-concept for humanoid robots at the site, positioning XFC as both a logistics automation hub and a physical AI testbed.
