두핸즈, 이천 XFC 개소 3개월 만에 포장 생산성 90% 향상

DooHands, operator of the fulfillment service Pumgo, unveiled early results from its automated logistics center XFC in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province, three months after opening in May. The center achieved 100% storage utilization and boosted per-person packing productivity by about 90% compared to manual work, by combining its self-developed WMS/WCS with 11 years of accumulated operational intelligence. DooHands is also running a proof-of-concept for humanoid robots at the site as part of its physical AI initiatives.

En combinant son WMS/WCS développé en interne avec 11 ans de données opérationnelles accumulées, le centre a atteint un taux d'utilisation du stockage de 100 % et augmenté la productivité d'emballage par personne d'environ 90 % par rapport au travail manuel. DooHands mène également un projet pilote (PoC) avec des robots humanoïdes sur le site, dans le cadre de son initiative d'IA physique.
