Megazone Cloud, an AI and cloud company preparing for an IPO, has secured pre-IPO investment from Neowiz Partners, the investment arm of Neowiz Holdings. The deal follows Megazone Cloud's first-ever annual profit last year and its parent company Megazone's increased stake to 72% this year through an investment from Glenwood Credit. The new funds will be used to strengthen AI and security capabilities as the company prepares for its stock market listing.
