워터베이션, 물로 공기 정화하는 WVG 기술로 킥스타터 7억 원 조달

Watervation, a Korean air-tech startup founded by CEO Jung Yoon-young, developed a water-based air purification technology called WVG that replaces filters by capturing pollutants with water and discarding the dirty water instead of replacing filters. The company validated global demand through a Kickstarter campaign that raised about $540,000 before launching its CUE air washer domestically in September, and is now expanding the technology to industrial facilities, HVAC systems, and public institutions while tracking filter-waste reduction data for ESG purposes.

韩国空气科技初创企业Watervation由郑允荣（音译）创始人开发出名为WVG的水基空气净化技术，用水捕捉污染物并排出脏水的方式取代传统滤网更换。该公司在韩国国内上市前，先通过美国Kickstarter众筹平台验证海外市场需求，筹得约54万美元资金，随后计划于9月在韩国推出CUE空气清洗机，并将技术扩展至工业设备、空调系统及公共机构，同时积累减少滤网废弃物的数据用于ESG目的。

韓国のエアテック・スタートアップWatervationのチョン・ユニョン代表は、フィルターの代わりに水で汚染物質を捕集し、汚れた水を排出する方式の水ベース空気浄化技術「WVG」を開発した。同社は国内発売に先立ち、米国のクラウドファンディングプラットフォームKickstarterで約54万ドルの資金調達に成功し海外市場での需要を確認、9月にはCUEエアウォッシャーを国内で発売する予定で、産業用設備や空調システム、公共機関へも技術の適用を拡大し、フィルター廃棄物削減効果をデータ化してESGに活用する計画だ。

L'entreprise a validé la demande mondiale via une campagne Kickstarter ayant levé environ 540 000 dollars avant de lancer son purificateur CUE sur le marché coréen en septembre, et prévoit désormais d'étendre cette technologie aux installations industrielles, aux systèmes de climatisation et aux institutions publiques, tout en collectant des données sur la réduction des déchets de filtres à des fins ESG.
