XYZ, an AI robotics company led by CEO Hwang Seong-jae, will unveil DEUX, a semi-humanoid robot with its Social Intelligence Agent Model, at the 2026 Industrial AI EXPO. Using its BrainX framework and Gesture Studio, DEUX combines gestures, expressions and sounds to produce more than 3,000 nonverbal expression combinations, though this figure counts possible combinations and does not mean the robot understands that many emotions. The company will run live demos and a presentation, and plans to refine BrainX and extend the technology to other robot platforms.
