ES식품원료, 원료 판매 넘어 기술상담·공유실험실·AI 배합 앱으로 확장

ES Food Ingredients, led by CEO Min Sang-dae, has grown from selling food ingredients online into technical consulting and a shared laboratory. It is developing an AI app that proposes initial formulations and estimated costs from photos of ingredient labels, and is conceiving a platform linking freelance researchers with small firms and startups, still at the concept stage.

ES食品原料公司代表闵相大表示，公司已从线上销售食品原料扩展到技术咨询和共享实验室。公司正在开发AI应用，通过拍摄原料标签照片提出初步配方和预估成本，并构想连接自由职业研究员与中小企业和初创企业的平台，目前仍处于构想阶段。

ES食品原料のミン・サンデ代表によると、同社はオンラインでの原料販売から技術相談と共有ラボの運営へ事業を広げた。原料表示の写真からAIが初期配合案と予想原価を提案するアプリを開発中で、フリーランス研究員を中小企業やスタートアップにつなぐプラットフォームも構想しているが、まだ構想段階である。
