세일즈포스, AI 에이전트 전문인력 ‘파트너 FDE’ 국내 첫 도입…서울서 3일 워크숍

Salesforce has introduced its 'Partner FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer)' program in Korea for the first time, holding a three-day workshop in Seoul from the 13th to the 15th. 44 engineers and consultants from 11 domestic SI and consulting partners learned to design, deploy, operate and optimize AI agents. Participants must hold prior certifications, complete about 80 hours of study and a final project, and Salesforce aims to train more than 100 FDE experts in Korea by 2027.

Salesforce首次在韩国引入“合作伙伴FDE（Forward Deployed Engineer）”项目，并于13日至15日在首尔举办了为期三天的首期工作坊。来自韩国11家SI及咨询合作伙伴的44名工程师和顾问参加，学习AI智能体的设计、部署、运营与优化。参与者须事先取得认证、完成约80小时学习及最终课题，Salesforce的目标是到2027年在韩国培养100名以上FDE专家。

Salesforceは「パートナーFDE（Forward Deployed Engineer）」プログラムを韓国で初めて導入し、13日から15日までの3日間、ソウルで初のワークショップを開催した。国内11のSI・コンサルティングパートナー企業のエンジニアとコンサルタント44名が参加し、AIエージェントの設計・展開・運用・最適化を学んだ。参加者は事前の認定取得、約80時間の学習、最終課題が必要で、Salesforceは2027年までに国内で100名以上のFDE専門家を育成する目標だ。

Quarante-quatre ingénieurs et consultants de 11 partenaires coréens d'intégration de systèmes et de conseil y ont appris à concevoir, déployer, exploiter et optimiser des agents d'IA. Les participants doivent détenir des certifications préalables, suivre environ 80 heures de formation et réaliser un projet final ; Salesforce vise plus de 100 experts FDE en Corée d'ici 2027.
