SPACEV, operator of the short-term rental platform 33m2 (Samsam M2), was selected as a '2026 Hi Seoul Company', a certification by the Seoul Metropolitan Government administered by the Seoul Business Agency (SBA). SPACEV said 33m2 had annual transaction volume of 188 billion won in 2025 and cumulative volume above 450 billion won as of the first half of this year, while staying operationally profitable. The company plans to expand partnerships through the Seoul excellent-company network and strengthen its services for global customers.

短期租赁平台33m2的运营公司SPACEV入选“2026 Hi Seoul企业”，该认证由首尔特别市颁发，由首尔经济振兴院（SBA）主办。公司表示，33m2 2025年全年交易额为1880亿韩元，截至今年上半年累计交易额超过4500亿韩元，并保持营业盈利。公司计划借助首尔优秀企业网络扩大合作与公私伙伴关系，并加强面向全球客户的服务基础。

短期賃貸プラットフォーム「33m2（サムサムエムトゥ）」を運営するSPACEVが、ソウル特別市が認証しソウル経済振興院（SBA）が主管する「2026ハイソウル企業」に選定された。同社によると、33m2の2025年の年間取引額は1880億ウォン、今年上半期時点の累計取引額は4500億ウォンを超え、営業黒字を続けている。同社はソウル市の優良企業ネットワークを活用して協力や官民パートナーシップを拡大し、グローバル顧客向けのサービス基盤も強化する方針だ。

Selon l'entreprise, 33m2 a réalisé 188 milliards de wons de transactions annuelles en 2025 et dépassé 450 milliards de wons cumulés au premier semestre de cette année, tout en restant rentable sur le plan opérationnel. Elle prévoit d'élargir ses partenariats via le réseau des entreprises d'excellence de Séoul et de renforcer ses services pour la clientèle internationale.
