RSQUARE, a commercial real estate services company, advised on the opening of Verish's second store in Seongsu, Seoul, 'Verish Seongsu EAST'. The roughly 300-pyeong, four-story building is a multi-use store housing a cafe, apparel, underwear, a seasonal campaign zone and fitting rooms, and is the brand's largest store according to the company. RSQUARE handled site sourcing, trade-area analysis, property proposals, lease negotiation and contract signing, and says it is expanding its retail advisory services across brands and store types.
