그렙, 코딩 테스트 수요 감소 속 AI 역량 평가·모니토로 2028년 IPO 도전

Grepp, the company behind Programmers, which made coding tests a hiring standard in Korea, is responding to falling coding-test demand from generative AI by launching an 'AI Competency Assessment' that evaluates how well people use AI. It has won a large Korean corporate client and its first US customer, and is expanding into training, AX diagnosis and certification. It is also applying LLMs to its remote proctoring solution Monito to cut false positives, and plans VLM and AI cameras to supply test centers worldwide. It has postponed its planned April 2027 listing and aims for an IPO in 2028 after a pre-IPO round.

韓国でコーディングテストを採用の標準にしたGrepp（運営プラットフォームはProgrammers）は、生成AIによるコーディングテスト需要の減少に対し、AI活用力を測る「AI能力評価」を投入した。すでに国内大企業と米国初の顧客を獲得し、研修やAX診断、資格へと事業を広げている。またリモート試験監督ソリューションMonitoにLLMを適用して誤検知を減らし、VLMとAIカメラで世界の試験センターへの供給を狙う。2027年4月に予定していた上場は延期し、プレIPO投資を経て2028年のIPOに挑む。

Grepp, l'entreprise derrière Programmers, qui a fait du test de codage un standard du recrutement en Corée, réagit à la baisse de la demande de tests de codage due à l'IA générative en lançant une « évaluation des compétences en IA » mesurant la maîtrise de l'IA. Elle a déjà conquis un grand groupe coréen et son premier client américain, et étend son offre à la formation, au diagnostic AX et à la certification. Elle applique aussi des LLM à sa solution de surveillance d'examens à distance Monito pour réduire les faux positifs, et prépare des VLM et des caméras IA pour les centres d'examen du monde entier. Elle a repoussé son introduction en bourse prévue en avril 2027 et vise une IPO en 2028 après un tour pré-IPO.
