NIPA-한국엔젤투자협회, 재외 한인 기술인재·스타트업 국내외 진출 손잡았다

Korea IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA) and the Korea Business Angels Association signed a memorandum of understanding to support the two-way advancement of AICT startups both domestically and internationally. The agreement aims to connect the inflow of overseas Korean tech talent with the overseas expansion of promising domestic startups, linking industrial policy with the angel investment ecosystem. Key cooperation areas include discovering promising startups, supporting settlement of overseas Korean talent, connecting commercialization and investment, and building growth paths for follow-on investment and global expansion.

韩国信息通信产业振兴院（NIPA）与韩国天使投资协会签署了谅解备忘录，旨在支持AICT领域初创企业的国内外双向发展。此次协议旨在将海外韩裔技术人才的引进与国内潜力初创企业的海外拓展连接为一体，将产业政策与天使投资生态系统相结合。主要合作领域包括发掘潜力初创企业、支持海外韩裔人才在国内定居、连接产业化与投资、以及为后续投资和海外拓展搭建成长路径。

韓国情報通信産業振興院（NIPA）と韓国エンジェル投資協会は、AICT分野のスタートアップの国内外への双方向進出を支援するための業務協約を締結した。この協約は、在外コリアン技術人材の国内流入と国内有望スタートアップの海外進出をひとつの協力体系として結びつけることを目的としている。主な協力分野には、有望スタートアップの発掘、在外コリアン技術人材の国内定着支援、事業化と投資の連携、そして後続投資獲得と海外進出のための成長経路の構築が含まれる。

L'Agence coréenne de promotion de l'industrie des technologies de l'information (NIPA) et la Korea Business Angels Association ont signé un protocole d'accord pour soutenir le développement bidirectionnel, national et international, des startups du secteur AICT. Cet accord vise à relier l'afflux de talents technologiques coréens de l'étranger à l'expansion internationale des startups nationales prometteuses, en connectant la politique industrielle à l'écosystème des investisseurs providentiels. Les principaux domaines de coopération incluent l'identification de startups prometteuses, le soutien à l'installation des talents coréens de l'étranger, la mise en relation entre commercialisation et investissement, ainsi que la création de parcours de croissance pour les investissements ultérieurs et l'expansion internationale.
