중기부, 142개 TIPS 운영사와 '도전의 IR 프로젝트' 시작…연말까지 IR 300회 이상

중소벤처기업부와 142개 TIPS 운영사가 9월 16일부터 기관투자 경험 없는 기술창업자를 대상으로 대면 IR 프로그램 ‘도전의 IR 프로젝트’를 운영, 연말까지 300회 이상 개최한다.
창업자는 온라인 플랫폼 irchallenge.jointips.or.kr에서 TIPS 운영사에 투자 제안을 제출하며, 차수마다 운영사 한 곳에만 제안할 수 있고 운영사별 IR은 10월과 11월 두 차례 열린다.
10월 프로그램 제안 접수는 9월 15일 오전 9시 시작되며, 운영사가 제안을 검토해 대면 IR 참여기업을 선정한 뒤 행사 개최 7일 전까지 결과를 안내한다.
프로젝트는 수도권·동남권·충청권·호남권·대경권·전북·강원·제주 등 지역과 대구·대전·광주·울산 등 도시에서 진행되며, 1차 모두의 창업 프로젝트 지원자 6만3000여 명 중 2라운드 진출 창업인재 500명에게 투자자 미팅 기회를 제공하는 등 기존 사업과 연계된다.
비수도권 우수기업에는 프리팁스를 통해 최대 1억원의 사업화 자금을 지원하며, KAIST·DGIST·GIST·UNIST 4대 과학기술원과 연계한 창업도시 IR 등 다양한 접점도 함께 운영된다.
노용석 중기부 제1차관은 “좋은 기술과 아이디어를 가지고도 투자유치의 첫 문턱을 넘지 못하는 경우가 있다”며 “잠재력 있는 창업가가 투자자를 만나지 못해 도전을 멈추는 일이 없도록 도전의 IR 프로젝트를 통해 첫 투자 문턱을 낮추겠다”고 밝혔다.

Le ministère coréen des PME et des Startups (MSS) et 142 sociétés opératrices TIPS lanceront le 16 septembre le « Challenge IR Project », visant à organiser plus de 300 sessions de relations investisseurs en présentiel d'ici la fin de l'année pour les fondateurs de startups technologiques n'ayant jamais reçu d'investissement institutionnel. Le programme s'articule avec des initiatives régionales et sectorielles telles que le « Modu-eui Changup Project », « Welcome to TIPS » et le « Changup City IR » en collaboration avec quatre instituts scientifiques (KAIST, DGIST, GIST, UNIST).
