솔트웨어, AWS MSP 인증 취득하며 자체 클라우드 운영 플랫폼 CloudOps 선보여

Salt Ware, an AI, data platform and cloud company, obtained AWS Managed Service Provider Program certification, having developed its own integrated operations platform called CloudOps during the certification process. CloudOps combines ITSM, CMDB, FinOps and AIOps (based on Amazon Bedrock) into one environment, incorporating 12 years of incident and change management experience accumulated since partnering with AWS in 2014. The company plans to expand CloudOps to all clients within the year and complete migration from its existing foreign ticketing system.
