바이오미, 다제내성균 치료제 BM111 첫 환자 투여…셀트리온과 공동개발

Biome, a microbiome drug developer, has administered its first patient dose of BM111, a live biotherapeutic candidate targeting multidrug-resistant bacteria, marking the start of a clinical trial. The trial, led by Professor Choi Jun-yong at Yonsei Severance Hospital, evaluates safety and decolonization effects in patients carrying VRE and CPE. The candidate was co-developed with Celltrion through the Seoul Bio Hub open innovation program.

微生物组新药开发企业Biome已完成针对多重耐药菌候选药物BM111的首例患者给药，正式启动人体临床试验。该试验由Yonsei Severance医院的Choi Jun-yong教授担任负责人，评估药物对携带VRE和CPE患者的安全性及肠道定植清除效果。该候选药物是Biome通过Seoul Bio Hub开放式创新项目与Celltrion共同开发的成果。

マイクロバイオーム創薬企業Biomeは、多剤耐性菌を標的とした治療薬候補BM111の初回患者投与を完了し、臨床試験を開始した。試験はYonsei Severance病院のChoi Jun-yong教授が研究責任者を務め、VREおよびCPE保菌患者を対象に安全性と腸内定着抑制効果を評価する。同候補物質はSeoul Bio Hubのオープンイノベーションプログラムを通じてCelltrionと共同開発された。

Biome, une entreprise spécialisée dans les médicaments à base de microbiome, a administré sa première dose à un patient pour BM111, un candidat traitement ciblant les bactéries multirésistantes, marquant le début d'un essai clinique. L'essai, dirigé par le professeur Choi Jun-yong de l'hôpital Severance de Yonsei, évalue la sécurité et l'effet de décolonisation chez les patients porteurs de VRE et CPE. Ce candidat a été co-développé avec Celltrion dans le cadre du programme d'innovation ouverte de Seoul Bio Hub.
