StudioMetaK, an AI-based content IP solutions company, has selected Eugene Investment & Securities as the lead underwriter for its IPO and has begun preparation procedures. Founded in 2022, the company uses generative AI and virtual human technology to develop content and IP across dramas, films, animation, and media art, having validated its technology through productions for Netflix, MBC, KBS and others. The company was also selected to lead two government R&D projects worth 15.3 billion won over three years, and plans to expand verified IP such as 'Seopyeonje' into theatrical animation and film.
