세컨신드롬 ‘다락 오너스’ 1차 마감, 시청역·대전정부청사역점 2차 모집 진행

Second Syndrome, which runs the self-storage brand 'DaLock', closed the first round of its shared-storage takeover startup product 'Darak Owners' and is opening a second round for its Seoul City Hall Station and Daejeon Government Complex Station branches from November 5. The first round, for the Yeoksam branch, drew applications at 185% of target and all storage units were contracted, with about 1,000 consultation requests. In the second round, participants can join one branch from a minimum of KRW 30 million or split funds across two, with monthly settlements tied to each branch's per-pyeong sales.

运营共享仓储品牌“迷你仓库 Darak”的Second Syndrome，已结束共享仓储收购创业产品“Darak Owners”的第一轮招募，并自11月5日起面向首尔市厅站店和大田政府大厦站店启动第二轮招募。面向驿三店的第一轮申请规模达到目标的185%，所有仓储单元均已签约，咨询申请约1000件。第二轮参与者可选择一家门店，最低3000万韩元起参与，也可将资金分配到两家门店，每月结算额与各门店每坪销售额挂钩。

セルフストレージブランド「ミニ倉庫 Darak」を運営するSecond Syndromeは、共有倉庫の引き継ぎ創業商品「Darak Owners」の第1次募集を締め切り、11月5日からソウル市庁駅店と大田政府庁舎駅店を対象に第2次募集を開始する。駅三店を対象とした第1次は申込規模が目標の185%に達し、販売対象の倉庫ユニットはすべて契約され、相談申込は約1000件だった。第2次では1店舗を最低3000万ウォンから選ぶか、2店舗に分けて参加でき、月次精算額は各店舗の坪当たり売上に連動する。

Second Syndrome, qui exploite la marque de self-stockage « DaLock », a clôturé le premier tour de son produit de création par reprise d'entrepôts partagés « Darak Owners » et lance à partir du 5 novembre un second tour pour ses sites de Seoul City Hall Station et Daejeon Government Complex Station. Le premier tour, pour le site de Yeoksam, a atteint 185 % de l'objectif, toutes les unités ont été contractées et environ 1 000 demandes de conseil ont été reçues. Au second tour, on peut participer à un site dès 30 millions de wons ou répartir les fonds sur deux sites, avec un règlement mensuel lié au chiffre d'affaires par pyeong de chaque site.
