중기부, 소상공인정책실장에 조경원 창업정책관 발탁…11월 6일 자 임명

Korea's Ministry of SMEs and Startups (Minister Lee So-young) is appointing Cho Kyung-won, currently Director General for Startup Policy, as head of the Small Business Policy Office, effective November 6. Cho, born in 1971, joined the civil service in 2002 and previously served as Director General for Small Business Policy, where he expanded policy funds and built the LICORN support framework. The minister called him the best person to overcome the crisis facing small businesses.

韩国中小风险企业部（部长李素英）将于11月6日任命现任创业政策官曹京元为新任小商工人政策室长。曹京元生于1971年，2002年进入公职，曾任小商工人政策官，扩大政策资金供给并构建了LICORN支持体系。部长称他是克服小商工人领域危机的最佳人选。

韓国の中小ベンチャー企業部（長官イ・ソヨン）は、現創業政策官のチョ・ギョンウォン氏を新たな小商工人政策室長に11月6日付で任命する。チョ氏は1971年生まれで2002年に公職入りし、小商工人政策官として政策資金の供給拡大やLICORN支援体制の構築を進めた。長官は小商工人分野の危機を乗り越える最適任者だと評価した。

Le ministère coréen des PME et des Start-up (ministre Lee So-young) nomme Cho Kyung-won, actuel directeur général de la politique de création d'entreprises, à la tête du Bureau de la politique des petits commerçants, à compter du 6 novembre. Né en 1971 et entré dans la fonction publique en 2002, il a auparavant dirigé la politique des petits commerçants, élargissant les fonds de politique publique et créant le dispositif LICORN. La ministre le juge le plus apte à surmonter la crise du secteur.
