Gwanak Lab, a financial decision-making AI company led by CEO Seung Hyun-chan, raised KRW 300 million from Seoul National University Tech Holdings. Its engine links structured data and unstructured data such as consultation records at the customer level and predicts state changes to suggest whom to manage first. The company is running proofs of concept with financial institutions, and no contract has been finalized yet.
