크래프톤, 대한민국 일자리 으뜸기업 5번째 선정… 출산지원·AI예산 확대가 배경

Krafton has been selected as one of Korea's '2026 Top Job Creation Companies' by the Ministry of Employment and Labor for the fifth time, following previous selections in 2019, 2020, 2022, and 2023. The company expanded family-friendly policies, including up to 100 million won in support per child born after January 1, 2025, and extended parental leave to two years, while also boosting its AI-first transformation with an annual budget of about 30 billion won starting 2026 to support employees' use of AI tools.

Krafton被韩国雇佣劳动部评选为“2026年韩国最佳就业企业”,这是该公司第五次获此殊荣,此前分别于2019年、2020年、2022年和2023年入选。该公司扩大了家庭友好政策,为2025年1月1日后生育的员工每个子女提供最高1亿韩元的支持,并将育儿假延长至最长两年,同时推进“AI优先”转型,自2026年起每年编列约300亿韩元预算,支持员工使用人工智能工具。

Kraftonは韓国雇用労働部が主催する「2026年大韓民国雇用トップ企業」に選定され、2019年、2020年、2022年、2023年に続き通算5回目の選定となった。同社は家族にやさしい制度を拡大し、2025年1月1日以降に出産した従業員に対して子ども1人当たり最大1億ウォンを支援し、育児休職期間を最長2年に延長した。また、「AIファースト」への転換を掲げ、2026年から毎年約300億ウォンの予算を編成し、従業員がAIツールを活用できるよう支援している。

Krafton a été sélectionné pour la cinquième fois par le ministère de l'Emploi et du Travail de Corée du Sud comme l'une des « meilleures entreprises créatrices d'emplois de 2026 », après ses sélections en 2019, 2020, 2022 et 2023. L'entreprise a renforcé ses politiques favorables à la famille, offrant jusqu'à 100 millions de wons par enfant né après le 1er janvier 2025 et prolongeant le congé parental à deux ans maximum, tout en accélérant sa transformation « AI First » avec un budget annuel d'environ 30 milliards de wons à partir de 2026 pour soutenir l'utilisation d'outils d'IA par ses employés.
