Office brand Fastfive is recruiting about 10 early-stage AI startups for the second cohort of its 'Startup Basecamp' program, open until October 11. Selected firms get independent office space (up to 10 seats each, up to 100 seats overall) with rent and management fees fully covered for the first 3 months, and can use it for 3 more months at minimal management fees if they pass a performance review. Applicants must be within 3 years of founding with 10 or fewer employees, and unlike the first cohort there are no revenue or funding restrictions.

Les entreprises retenues obtiennent un espace de bureau indépendant (jusqu'à 10 places par entreprise, 100 au total), avec loyer et charges entièrement pris en charge pendant les 3 premiers mois, puis 3 mois supplémentaires avec des charges minimales après une évaluation des résultats.
