중기부, 제7차 부당개입 TF 개최…동일 IP 중복 신청 760건 신청 단계 차단

Korea's Ministry of SMEs and Startups held the 7th meeting of its task force on third-party improper intervention in policy funds on November 5 at the Seoul Center for Creative Economy & Innovation, chaired by First Vice Minister Roh Yong-seok. From January to the end of October, 9,117 duplicate applications from the same IP were found at four policy financial institutions, and 760 applications worth 322.6 billion won suspected of illegal broker involvement were blocked at the application stage. The government will standardize IP verification criteria, pursue legal amendments, and run a focused reporting period from November 11 to December 8, with the National Police Agency joining for the first time.

韩国中小风险企业部于11月5日在首尔创造经济革新中心举行“第三方不当介入问题解决工作组”第7次会议，由第一次官卢龙锡主持。今年1月至10月底，4家政策金融机构的同一IP验证系统共发现9,117件重复申请，其中涉嫌非法中介不当介入的760件、金额3,226亿韩元的申请在申请阶段被拦截。政府将统一IP验证标准、推进相关法律修订，并于11月11日至12月8日开展集中举报期，警察厅首次参与。

韓国の中小ベンチャー企業部は11月5日、ソウル創造経済革新センターで、ノ・ヨンソク第1次官の主宰により「第三者不当介入問題解決タスクフォース」の第7回会議を開いた。今年1月から10月末までに、政策金融機関4機関の同一IP検証システムで重複申請9,117件が確認され、違法ブローカーの不当介入が疑われる760件、3,226億ウォン規模の申請が申請段階で遮断された。政府は同一IPの検証基準を整備し、関連法の改正を進めるとともに、11月11日から12月8日まで集中申告期間を設け、警察庁が初めて参加する。

Le ministère coréen des PME et des Start-up a tenu le 5 novembre, au Seoul Center for Creative Economy & Innovation, la 7e réunion de son groupe de travail sur l'ingérence abusive de tiers, présidée par le premier vice-ministre Roh Yong-seok. De janvier à fin octobre, 9 117 demandes en double depuis la même IP ont été détectées dans quatre institutions financières publiques, et 760 demandes, soit 322,6 milliards de wons, soupçonnées d'implication de courtiers illégaux, ont été bloquées dès le dépôt. Le gouvernement harmonisera les critères de vérification des IP, poursuivra des modifications législatives et ouvrira une période de signalement intensif du 11 novembre au 8 décembre, avec la participation inédite de l'Agence nationale de police.
